Now, customers have the ability to access and manage their ABLEnow account on the go with the new ABLEnow mobile app.
The ABLEnow mobile app is now available for iOS devices from the Apple App Store and for Android devices from Google Play.
ABLE Industry First
ABLEnow is the first ABLE program to offer an app. This enhancement provides a convenient way to access ABLEnow account information in real time from a mobile device. Use the ABLEnow app to:
- Check available balances,
- Make a contribution or pay a qualified disability expense,
- Upload a receipt to organize and track qualified disability expenses,
- View your account statements and notifications,
- Click to contact Customer Service, and more.
Technology Unlocks Opportunity
While commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) in 2020, many advocates acknowledge the increasing impact that technology has on the ways that individuals with disabilities connect with the world. Mobile phones, tablets and other gadgets unlock new possibilities for communication, navigation and independence.
With the needs of the disability community in mind, ABLEnow is focused on making its ABLE accounts accessible and available when and where customers want. In March 2020, ABLEnow added mobile wallet functionality to ABLEnow Cards, which allows customers to pay for qualified disability expenses with their phone. Now, the ability for Americans with disabilities to manage their ABLE account with a mobile app is another milestone toward financial inclusion.
Using the ABLEnow App

After downloading the ABLEnow app, customers can simply log in using their ABLEnow Consumer Portal username and password. No sensitive account information is ever stored on your mobile device. The features and navigation of the app are similar to the ABLEnow Consumer Portal.
Need to open an ABLE account? Eligible individuals may open an ABLEnow account online. Once your account is open, monitor and manage it on the go with the new ABLEnow mobile app.
